Norman S. Weinstein
Norman S. Weinstein is a cofounder and operating partner of Bridge Capital Group. Norman has been a developer and owner of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties throughout South Florida, New York and the Midwest for the past forty years. He received a B.S in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance.
Robert J. Schmier
Robert is a cofounder of Bridge Capital Group and has been an active owner, acquirer and developer of retail, office, industrial, single family residential and other related businesses throughout Michigan and south Florida. Prior to co-founding Bridge Capital Group, Robert was a single family custom home builder in suburban Detroit. He earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 1972 and a BA from University of Michigan in 1969. Robert is a former Chairman of the Boca Raton Housing Authority as well as a former member of the Board of Trustees and former Chairman of the Building Committee for Temple Beth El in Boca Raton, Florida.
